What if it rains?

Our signs are waterproof.  No worries if they get wet! However, if it is extremely windy, we may need to reschedule and/or pick-up the signs early! Weather can also delay our set-up and pick-up ... watch out lightning! See more details below...

What if I need to cancel?

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance! For custom sign designs, services are nonrefundable 48 hours prior to the scheduled installation.

RENTAL FAQ

1.

Our signs are RENTALS! We will return the following morning to pick-up the sign, unless we have arranged otherwise.

2.

Rental prices are based on a 1-day (approximately 24 hrs) rental. We do all installs between 6-10 AM on the day of your booking and will pick-up the following morning within the same time frame.

  • We do sometimes do installs the evening before (after 8pm), depending on location and schedule. We will always let you know in advance!

  • If you have a specific time you would like the sign placed by (ex. before you leave for school/work, etc., just let us know when you book so that we can put it on the calendar!

Gated Neighborhoods:

  • If you live in a gated neighborhood with a code, please provide us with this the day before your scheduled install.

  • If you live in a neighborhood with a manned gate, we ask that you put our company name (Celebrations Sign company) on the list for BOTH the day of install AND the day of pick-up.

  • We cannot wait at the gate for them to call, and risk the resident not answering, as we are on a tight schedule to make sure everyone's Celebration is on time! We will wait a reasonable amount of time at the gate, and if there is no answer, we will have to leave and will offer a credit towards a future sign.

We can add an additional day (or more) onto your booking depending on availability. You can choose the add-on when you book, or let us know BEFORE we set up. Extra days are $25 per day.

5.

Someone at the home MUST know that we are coming to set up the sign. This is for our safety.

6.

Sprinklers:

  • Signs install best (most level and neat!) if you water your lawn for at least 30 minutes the evening before install.

  • Please make sure your sprinklers are OFF during our install window. :)

  • Our signs are waterproof, but can get damaged by the direct contact of sprinklers hitting against them. Please turn sprinklers off during the duration of your rental.

7.

Damage:

  • Lawn Service and Sprinklers can severely damage our signs. Please make sure to reschedule Lawn service and turn off sprinklers during the duration of your rental.

  • Damaged and/or missing signs will have a minimum replacement fee of $20 per sign.

Please do not move or alter the signs after we set them up. We will return to pick-up the signs. In the meantime, if you have any issues or would like something moved - please call us at (561)899-5172

9.

Severe Weather:

  • Our signs can withstand rain and some wind. If there is lightning at the time of set-up or pick-up, then the set-up or pick-up will be delayed until it is safe for us to do so!

  • TROPICAL STORM/HURRICANE: Once a Tropical Storm Warning or Hurricane Warning has been issues in Palm Beach County, we will not install any signs. If you currently have a sign up and a warning has been issued, we will contact you to pick-up signs early.

  • If the weather causes us to be unable to set-up the sign, we will work with you to reschedule your sign for the best time for you! If we can't reschedule, we will offer a credit to be used towards a future sign.
